Dear Reader, Women don’t rise alone. They rise because someone believed in them, opened a door, shared a lesson, made an introduction—or created a safe space where they could be heard. ❤️ I’m honoured to be part of the HerRising 2026 Roundtable — “Women Help Women Grow” on September 18. This conversation resonates deeply with me because I believe women need more than opportunities. They need safe spaces to share their thoughts, ask questions, be vulnerable, challenge themselves, and grow without fear of judgement. Sometimes, helping another woman grow isn’t about giving her the answers. It is about: 🌱 Creating a space where she feels safe to speak Throughout my own journey, I have experienced the power of women who shared, supported, connected and believed in me.
